I like to substitute dairies from time to time. Here I've used goat milk (click here for its qualities as well as for the recipe). Obviously, you can do this smoothie with the milk of your choice.
Strawberry-Banana Smoothie (with Goat Milk ), adapted from the blog Erza Pound Cake1 cup goat milk (or other milk)
1 banana, sliced
1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1 tbs honey
1/2 ts vanilla
1 pinch of cinnamon (optional)
ice (optional)
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Looks yummy, thank you for sharing...I haven't tasted goat milk before but I'd love to try it one day. Meanwhile, I'll just use soymik.
